Tonight on Ajam121 we got started with a few small and little bit weird impressions. From there we went into golf and how Tiger Woods gets mentioned even when he is sucking. I think it is a bit overkill but at least he has earned his position in the media unlike some people. We talk a little bit about the NCAA Tourny while in the middle of another subject that Adam was researching at the moment. American Idol was briefly mentioned particularly the incident involving Kristy Lee Cook and what she said to Simon after she was judged. Tonight we reach our 120th episode and we pretty much used it up talking about mostly two things. Why? Who knows? We just started talking and a show was born. Well the show this week end up being about mostly nothing but golf and American Idol. In the golf world we were discussing the excitement surrounding Tigers win today(Sunday) and then it went from there to talking about the Masters upcoming and really just a variety of golf related topics from there. After that we did talk about American Idol and the possibility that they have extended the Beatles week to one more week. Well, at least that is the impression that we were given when the show left us last week. Even though the weakest performance did not get voted off this past week. I still believe that the voters made a good choice in choosing Hernandez to be voted off. You really could have gone with either him or Kristy Lee Cook and been justified. The only good reason I can see for keeping Kristy around for at least one more week is for the eye candy. Tonight on AJAM117: it was our annual Oscar special. Now the very first Oscar special that we had was the highest rated show that we have ever done. So it stands to reason that we at least attempt to have one of these every year. However, this time around we did not talk about the Oscars as much in the Oscar special so it is pretty much becoming like all the rest of our special shows. Anyway, tonight we did mention Paula Creamer winning the Fields open this past weekend. Her first win of the very young year. American Idol has reached the actual interesting part of the competition in my opinion. The part where we actually get to do the judging. We hit on this topic a little bit. As for the rest? Ajam114: Well folks, ajam has been on a bit of a hiatus the last couple of weeks, but we managed to get together long enough for a mid week addition. We start with a bit of a mention on Heath Ledgers death which we did not get a chance to talk about when it happened. From there we went on to talk a bit about the new Rambo movie which Adam and myself went to see a little over a week ago. If you like killing at it's most graphic then this movie is for you. We didn't get to talk about or pick the Super Bowl before it happened so we give you a little bit of our take on that. Adam has some info and the current writers strike as well as more on the possibility of an Arrested Development movie. He also happened to mention that they plan on releasing a third installment to The Mummy series of movies. Tigers Woods continues to be on a roll. How long can he keep this momentum going? Tonight AJAM85 is a day later than usual. This is due to the fact that I was attending the strumming of the Atlanta Braves by the Detroit Tigers. We discuss the game a little bit on the show. Before the game last night was an exhibition of power put on by the Long Haul Bombers. I must say it was pretty impressive watching those guys hit softballs as far as they did. A few of them were reaching the second deck. Just before we recorded tonight we learned of the passing of Chris Benoit and his family. Eventhough, there were what seemed to be a little unapropriate comments used in the show. None of these were intende to be used in a hurtful manner. For some reason tonight we wanted to start the night of with a little retro material. I am no really sure how the subject came up but the question was asked as to which Star Wars movie was the best. Go figure. Then we somehow made the transition to golf. Here we discuss Phil Mickelson's injury and how it will effect him in the upcoming us open. We also touched base on the latest with Michelle Wie, as well as the ladies tourny this week. Next came a few more retro topics such as old WWF and whether or not I had the video tape of Big Foot in action in my possession. After that we got into a bit of a long discussion about file sharing and iTunes. And at the end we touch base a little bit on the NBA playoffs and the finale of House. Ajam81: Well, we are a day late this week and two out of the three of us were in the same room. Sounds like the making of some interesting AJAM material dosen't it. Adam and myself saw the third sequel to the Pirates of the Caribbean movies this weekend. We discuss this a bit on the show. However, I will say that they ending is a bit surprising and somewhat anti climatic. Overall I still liked the movie. Johnny Depp delivered a great perfromance. Ajam 80: AJAM has now reached the ripe old age of 80. Episodes that is. Eventhough, though show went as though we were actually 80 years old. Ok, I don't know what I meant by that. Ajam79:Grettings from The Players Championship. No, not really. We didn't make it there this year. However, we can talk about it on AJAM and how awesome Phil's win was. Congrats to Butch Harmon. Tonight's episode is number 72. Wow! We are really getting on up there in age. This week we start off by talking about sports. Particularly Nascar where Jimmie Johnson won the UAW-DaimlerChrysler 400. In the world of golf we only mention very briefly that Calcavecchia won and that the ladies tourney was delayed until Monday at 8:30 AM before we answer a few questions regarded the Masters. I am fairly certain that the next few weeks will have something Masters related leading up to the first Major Championship of the year. American Idol narrowed the field to 12 this week. Ajam64: Hello, to our loyal fan(s). You know who you are. Anyway, it has been a sort of busy week here for the AJAM crew. You know with the Goldeneye source and all. However, we did actually find time to do a show. I know it is a miracle with such an awesome way to waste time. Apparently, it is not safe to go into the 100 acre wood anymore. Actually it is not officially over at the time of this podcast but we don't really care we go on as if we know who the winner is going to be anyway. My man Tony Stewart won this week in Daytona.(in case you coudn't tell Jon is doing this blog) I thought that his coke comment was hilarious. We bring up the subject of a little boy that died at Disney and this time it was not even on mission space.
